2.4 One Account Per Person: Each individual may maintain only one (1) pp77 account. 4.1 Deposits: pp77 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and select cryptocurrency networks (BTC, USDT, ETH). Minimum deposit amounts are as specified in the pp77 payment section (currently ₱100 for GCash/Maya). pp77 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — the funding method must be owned by the registered account holder.
4.2 Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible. pp77 targets GCash withdrawal processing within 5 minutes for verified accounts; actual processing times may vary due to network conditions. pp77 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
4.3 Withdrawal Limits: Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply per transaction and per day; current limits are published in the pp77 account section and may be updated from time to time.
4.4 AML Compliance: pp77 is subject to the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA). Unusual or suspicious transaction patterns may trigger mandatory reporting obligations. Cooperation with any AMLA-related investigation is a condition of using pp77.
4.5 pp77 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal payments pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, investigation of potential fraud, or compliance with any applicable regulatory requirement.
5.1 All bonuses and promotions offered by pp77 are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time of the offer. These bonus-specific terms are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
5.2 Unless otherwise specified, bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before a bonus balance can be converted to withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements and any restrictions on games contributing to wagering will be stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
5.3 pp77 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such withdrawal or amendment will not adversely affect a bonus that has already been validly claimed and is being actively wagered by a player.
5.4 Abuse of bonus systems — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times, or employing low-risk wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account termination and forfeiture of any associated balances.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the pp77 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. No other rights are granted. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of the pp77 platform without express written permission.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, pp77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the pp77 platform, even if pp77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.2 pp77's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your pp77 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
10.3 pp77 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may cause temporary service interruptions. pp77 will not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime or technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
11.1 pp77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By using pp77, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 pp77 may be required to disclose player information to PAGCOR, AMLC (Anti-Money Laundering Council), or other lawful authorities pursuant to applicable Philippine law. Such disclosures do not constitute a breach of pp77's privacy obligations.
12.1 pp77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account, with or without notice, if pp77 reasonably believes that the player has breached these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.
12.2 Upon account termination for cause, pp77 may withhold any balance remaining in the account pending investigation. Where no breach is found, genuine player balances will be returned in accordance with applicable regulations.
12.3 You may close your pp77 account at any time by contacting customer support. Closing your account does not affect any obligations or liabilities that have accrued prior to closure.
13.1 pp77 may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amended terms will be published at pp77.lat/terms-conditions with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Where legally required, pp77 will notify registered players of material amendments via email or in-platform notification.
13.2 If you do not agree with any amended terms, your sole remedy is to close your pp77 account prior to the effective date of the amendment. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.
14.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The PAGCOR regulatory framework and applicable Philippine gaming statutes take precedence in all matters relating to pp77's licensed operations.
